We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility while maintaining reliable service for all our clients. Below is our cancellation policy:
Standard Reservations (Sedans, SUVs, Executive Vans)
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No charge beyond deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time: Deposit plus 50% of the total fare. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time or no-shows: 100% of the total fare.
Specialty Vehicles (Stretch Limousines, Party Buses, Sprinters, or Large Groups)
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No charge beyond deposit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time: Deposit plus 50% of the total fare. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time or no-shows: 100% of the total fare.
Airport Transfers
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No charge beyond deposit. .
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time or no-shows: 100% of the total fare.
Event & Wedding Transportation:
Deposits for event and wedding transportation are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event: 100% of the total fare.

All cancellations must be made via phone or email and confirmed by our team. Any last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Yes! We offer flexible hourly service, giving you complete control over your schedule. Whether you need a luxury vehicle for a corporate event, a night out, or a special occasion, our professional drivers are at your service.
Our drivers track your flight in real time to adjust for any delays or early arrivals. Upon arriving you will receive a text with a link providing you with your drivers information and vehicle tracking. Your driver will request your location and arrive curbside for your pickup (unless Greeter Service has been requested).
